Led strategy, production and full multi-channel rollout of the award-winning 13-episode podcast, winner of the 2024 Signal Award for Creativity & Marketing. Also delivered the Iris 25 anniversary mini-series, producing three themed episodes in 10 days on Creativity, Strategy and Leadership. The series gained global PR coverage and set the tone for the vitality of entrepreneurship in an era of rapid change for the creative industries.

Addi played a central role in the development of Entrepreneurs in the Wild, leading the platform strategy, producing the podcast, and overseeing its rollout across social and multi-channel streaming. The series went on to win a 2024 Signal Award in the Creativity & Marketing category and helped frame a wider conversation around leadership, entrepreneurship, and resilience in the creative industries. She also supported my professional communications, including profiling strategy, internal messaging and LinkedIn - working collaboratively across the Iris teams and bringing originality, pace and cultural awareness to everything she delivered.
